Privacy policy

This page explains what information City Jugnu (cityjugnu.com) keeps and why.

What you give us

• Reviews: your name (as you write it), rating and experience. These are shown publicly on the page.
• Appointment / enquiry requests: name, mobile, day and message. These go only to that business and the City Jugnu team, with your permission.
• Wrong-info reports and claims: what you write, and your number if you give it.
• Businesses: business name, address, timings, photos, location and (with permission) phone.

What stays on your phone

Without an account, saved places, recently viewed places and your history stay in your own browser, not on our server. A loyalty card uses an anonymous card code; we keep only that code’s stamps or points, never your name or number.

If you create an account

An account is optional. If you make one, we keep your name, mobile number, email (if you give it) and your password and PIN in scrambled (hashed) form that nobody can read. Logged-in customers’ loyalty card code and saved places are kept with the account so they work on any phone. Business logins are linked only to the businesses they run. Our field team (Jugnu Scouts) records the location, photos of the board and the details of each place they check; they do not photograph customers or patients.

Counts (statistics)

To report to businesses, we count how often a page is opened or a button is tapped. No person is identified in these counts.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t track you for advertising.

To remove or change your review, request or business details, write to us on Instagram @cityjugnu. We will act quickly.
