Is the listing really free?
Yes. The page, photos, map, call and WhatsApp buttons, customer reviews and your replies, the QR sticker and monthly numbers are always free.
What happens after the trial?
Your listing continues on the Free plan and nothing is deleted. The loyalty program pauses, but customers' stamps and points are kept and come back as soon as you take Premium.
Can I pay for good reviews or a higher rating?
No. Only customers write reviews, and the team reads each one before it appears. Premium does not change ratings. Offering discounts or gifts for reviews is not allowed.
What does Featured mean?
Paid Premium businesses appear at the top of their area and category pages with a "Featured" label, so people always know. The free trial includes every other Premium feature, but not the Featured spot.
How do I pay?
By UPI, confirmed by the City Jugnu team with a receipt. Choose a monthly or yearly plan; the yearly plan has 2 months free. Stop whenever you like.
Will my phone number be shown to everyone?
Only with your permission. We never sell your number and we make no sales calls.
Do customers need an app for the loyalty card?
